Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort
Hacienda del Alamo is one of the newest, biggest and most spectacular 18-hole luxury Golf Resorts in the Murcia Region. Here you will find villas, townhouses and apartments of high quality. The resort opened in 2004 and was ready to play in 2005. The course, which keeps Championship Standard, is designed by Dave Thomas and is with its 6700 meters one of the longest courses in Europe. There are 8 lakes/water spouts, 84 bunkers and the path is a really great challenge for golfers of all levels. Here you will also find the Golf Academy, a practice court, 2 putting greens and an exercise bunker. The clubhouse of 2000m2 opened in 2007 and contains a Pro-shop, restaurant, lounges and meeting rooms.
Other activities at Hacienda del Alamo is biking and horseback riding - own paths / trails found throughout the resort and in the surrounding mountains. Here's football and rugby fields, 4 tennis courts, 4 paddle courts and bowling greens. The area also includes a 5 star Sol Melia Hotel with SPA, Pueblo Espanol with shops, restaurants and bars.
The Mediterranean Coast of Cabo de Palos and Mazzaron, just 30 minutes away, is a paradise for scuba diving. In and around the Mar Menor you can sail, windsurf, kite, water ski and ride jet bikes.
The nearest village is Fuente del Alamo, only 10 minutes away.
To the regional capital of Murcia, with its 1700's architectural edifice, it takes 20 minutes by car.
It’s the same distance to the historic port of Cartagena founded approx. 230 BC.
Spain's ski paradise - Sierra Nevada, can be reached in 2.5 hours.
The resort advertises 300 good golf playing days a year.
The Apartment
The Apartment in the “Oasis” area is located in the heart of the resort, built on a separate demarcated, exclusive area, including several great pool fields. The OASIS has its own Security Entrance and its own private security system guaranteeing the exclusive use of its magnificent facilities for its residents
It is walking distance for all golf, sports and shopping activities.
The apartment has unobstructed views in two directions (SE / SW). It is located in the ground floor on the corner of a two floor row-house, with a large terrace on 2 levels, partly covered and with a small pool.
Gross internal area: 89 m2. Gross outdoor space including pool: 55 m2.
There are 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub. A large living room with lounge and dining table. Spacious kitchen with bar solution and all modern utilities. Separate laundry room with kitchen entrance and a small entrance hall. Both bedrooms and the corridor in between have large wardrobes and cupboard spaces.
There is direct access to the terrace from both the Living Room and the bedroom.
The entrance area is partially covered located only a few steps from its own private parking space.

Travel Directions
10 min away from the Resort a new major airport, CORVERA, will be opened April 02, 2015. 30 min away you will find Murcia airport San Javier, where you can fly to Norway and UK including SAS, Norwegian and Ryanair. 1.5 hour drive north you will find Alicante airport where you can fly to Norway and UK, including SAS, Norwegian, Ryanair, Spanair, BA with more .
At the airports you can rent a car. All local- and most major international car rental companies can be found there.
There are good bus connections at affordable prices if you want to enter one of the larger cities in the Murcia Region.
